Job Description

We are seeking skilled A&P Mechanics to join our repair station at the Fort Lauderdale Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in heavy maintenance and a passion for working on corporate jets.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair on aircraft, focusing on corporate jets such as Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, and Challenger.

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Utilize own tools to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems and components.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Be flexible and open to working overtime as needed to meet operational demands.

Essential Skills

A&P License

3+ years of experience in heavy maintenance

Experience with corporate jets, particularly Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, and Challenger

Familiarity with Gulfstream models, particularly G400 and G500

Proficient in using own tools for maintenance tasks

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a Gulfstream Repair station

Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair processes

Familiarity with hangar maintenance, powerplant mechanics, and line maintenance

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic hangar environment with shifts available from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. Long-term, there will be 2-3 shifts available, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $57.00 / hr.
