job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGenerate and qualify new business leads through phone outreach and online research Educate potential clients on service offerings and identify opportunities that meet their needs Schedule meetings and product education sessions with sales representatives Manage and track all interactions and opportunities through CRM software Collaborate with field sales staff to support customer onboarding and retention Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving market conditions Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience 0-2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is helpful but not required
Sales / Business Development
Twin City Staffing is seeking an energetic and goal-driven sales / business development professional to join a growing team in Saint Paul, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch or advance their sales career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Location : Saint Paul, MN
Pay : $25 / hr plus commissions
Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM
