Sr Manager, Tempo Continuous Improvement

The Senior Manager of Tempo Continuous Improvement (CI) will lead a team of CI Project Managers focused on process and product improvements for the Tempo brand. Responsibilities include identifying more efficient methods of Prep and Assembly; owning standard rates and active management process; monitoring and actioning against KPIs such as error rate waste and meals per hour; and ensuring processes are standardized across sites.

Detailed Responsibilities

Leads the Tempo CI Team :

• Develop and maintain CI team project roadmap ensuring direct reports are focused on initiatives that will have the most impact on the business
• Hold team accountable to meeting project scope and timelines
• Implement change management methodologies to ensure smooth transitions and sustained improvements
• Manage performance recognizing achievement providing feedback and administering progressive discipline when necessary

Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements :

Collaborate with R&D team for recipe and cook program improvements :

Monitor and action against key KPIs such as error rate food cost / waste and meals / hr :

This position requires 25-50% travel.

Home Chef offers the base salary range as posted below with the exact offer depending on factors such as geographic location experience skills and internal equity. While compensation is within the provided range it is not typical for offers to be made at the upper addition to base salary Home Chef provides a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage 401k match and paid time off.
