RN Clinic Administrator

The RN Clinic Administrator is responsible for the overall execution management and coordination of UNLV Health practice sites goals and objectives. Plans directs and implements processes to achieve operational efficiency cost effectiveness and delivery of high-quality patient-centered care. Collaborates on financial productivity and quality performance conjunction with the Executive Director of Clinical Operations Department Chair Financial Administrator and faculty develops plans and leads implementation to improve performance as necessary. Functions effectively in a Matrix Management environment serving as the administrative liaison between faculty division chiefs medical school departments hospital university and practice plan executive administration as it relates to the faculty practice plan. Ability to engage multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional departments to accomplish goals by influencing motivating and enabling others to contribute toward the organizations success. Expected to lead by example and follow all policies and procedures while promoting a positive and safe work environment.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a clinical setting required

Associates Degree in Nursing required

Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) License required

Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification required / preferred

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required; or must obtain within 6 months of hire

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification required; or must obtain within 6 months of hire
