Treasury Analyst Clerk

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Treasury team as a Part-Time Treasury Clerk or Intern. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate cash management and treasury operations. You will support daily banking activities, handle administrative duties, and learn the intricacies of treasury functions within a complex corporate organization.

Responsibilities

Communicate with the treasury team about tasks that need attention.

Scan checks and complete remote deposits.

Respond to emails within the treasury inbox as requested.

Assist with various administrative and clerical duties to support fraud prevention efforts and ensure compliance with treasury policies.

Maintain records for bank accounts, agreements, and signature cards.

Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Treasury, Cash Management, Accounting, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Understanding of bank operations, compliance, and cash forecasting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree) is preferred.

Experience working for a bank is beneficial.

Strong desire to learn and understand treasury operations.

Positive attitude and strong aptitude for process improvement and analysis.

Work Environment

The role is part-time, requiring 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, in the office. The team is diverse and inclusive, consisting of four treasury professionals.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 / hr.
