Job Description / Responsibilities

The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse activities coordinate workflow and lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure accurate inventory management timely order fulfillment and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving stocking picking packing and shipping.
• Lead train and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of all transactions.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and deliverables.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to inventory discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.
