Billing Clerk Opportunity
Robert Half's Contract Finance & Accounting team is looking for a Billing Clerk to take on an exciting job opportunity! The Billing Clerk will be responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers and updating customer files. This position is located in Minneapolis. Responsibilities include issuing invoices to customers, issuing monthly customer statements, updating customer files with issued invoices, processing credit memos, updating the customer master file with contact information, and entering invoices into customer invoicing web sites.
Requirements include minimum of 1+ years accounting experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to easily learn new systems.
