Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Analyst / Developer Specialty 3 . The work will be done onsite full-time in Nashville, TN , Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , with occasional weekend production deployments (12 times per month). This is a long-term 6-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $60.13 / hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
Cullerton Group is seeking a skilled Analyst / Developer to support integration development, application enhancements, and software customization for enterprise systems. This role will focus on modifying existing applications, developing integration components, analyzing technical requirements, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize system performance. The work includes troubleshooting, system configuration, installation support, and participation in technical design discussions. This position is ideal for a developer who brings both technical depth and strong collaboration skills, especially in IBM integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Modify existing software to correct errors, improve performance, or adapt to new hardware environments
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine technical feasibility
Coordinate system installation activities and monitor software to ensure specifications are met
Design, develop, and enhance integration and software systems using scientific analysis and modeling
Analyze information to plan computer specifications, layouts, and peripheral equipment configuration
Review factors such as reporting formats, costs, and security needs to determine configuration requirements
Collaborate with customers on system design, maintenance, and enhancement planning
Work with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to define system capabilities, limitations, and interfaces
Support production deployments and provide post-go-live troubleshooting
Maintain software and infrastructure administration, including patching, security, and certificate management
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent training (required)
7+ years of professional experience (internships accepted)
Strong experience with IBM DataPower and IBM ACE administration
Hands-on experience with IBM integration development
Strong understanding of security considerations in software and integration design
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and mentor junior team members
Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, hardware, and niche software (C#.NET, Oracle, Lawson, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an IBM Integration Developer, DataPower / ACE engineer, or similar roles
Experience producing clear documentation and providing constructive feedback
Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and integration patterns
Strong teamwork, accountability, and ability to handle challenging situations constructively
