Shift : DAYS (MON-FRI - can make up missed visits on the weekend), Setting : Outpatient (some PT visits in Assisted Living Facilities (roughly 20%), GT : 36, Length : 13 weeks, Required certs : BLS & First Aide, Candidates must have (2) years recent licensed PT experience and (1) recently completed travel assignment, NO NEW GRADS, TRAVELER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HOMECARE / HOMEBASE, Traveler will be required to attend daily stand-up meetings at 8 : 30 AM MON-FRI, Facility Work week : SUN-SAT, Scrubs : clean / professional scrubs with closed toe shoes, Charting : Wellsky, Travel radius : 50 miles from facility, Milage : included in bill rate, Ratios : 6-7, Expectation for total weekely mileage : 50- 75 miles (could vary), CT requirement REQUIRES the COVID vaccination & Boosters.
