Our office has many services, such as surgery, dental care, grooming, laser therapy, acupuncture, vaccines, and wellness plans. We also use advanced equipment, including an in-house laboratory and digital X-rays and dental X-rays.

Healthy Pets Veterinary Care position(s) available :

Full time Veterinary Assistant

Assistant job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Proficient in animal restraint
• Nail Trims
• Confident taking patient histories
• Knowledge of Dog and Cat Vaccines
• Preparing in-house lab samples
• Presenting treatment plans to clients
• Educating clients on take home medication administration, preventative care and flea / heartworm medications

Monitoring General Anesthesia- Not required, but a plus!

A successful candidate for the position will be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment, communicate effectively and professionally with team members, provide compassionate customer service, demonstrate proficient computer use. Compensation will be based on your experience.
