Compensation : $150,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities :

• Willingness to adhere to a proven system.
• Follow up on all opportunities in a timely manner.
• Manage a steady stream of pre-qualified appointments.
• Represent both buyers & sellers.
• This is residential real estate sales only.

Qualifications :

• Possess an active Real Estate License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for selling and providing exceptional service.
• Strong money motivation.
• Must have authorization to work in the US.
