At Goodstart were embarking on a major systems transformation with the implementation of SAP S / 4HANA a program that will enhance how we work and deliver on our purpose.

As the SAP Project Coordinator youll provide the structure coordination and insight that keep the program moving. Working closely with the SAP Project Manager and the broader program team youll ensure all activities risks and deliverables are well tracked and aligned with Goodstarts strategic objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented organised professional who enjoys enabling smooth delivery in a fast-paced project environment.

Your Impact :

• Support the SAP Readiness Initiative through structured project coordination and governance.
• Maintain project schedules action logs and RAID registers to ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare clear and insightful reports and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Coordinate meetings workshops and stakeholder sessions to support collaboration and decision-making.
• Contribute to strong project governance ensuring compliance with Goodstarts ePMO standards.
