About the Role

The Company is seeking a Digital Assets Product Strategist to join their Global Product Solutions team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and growth of the digital assets ETP suite, with a focus on driving distribution priorities and supporting the product lifecycle from development to commercialization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital assets, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent client-facing and communication skills. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for institutional and wealth clients, conducting internal training, and developing educational materials. The role also involves partnering across product, marketing, and sales to drive key initiatives, including scaling new products and supporting their launch. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience, with at least 5 years' directly in digital assets or crypto. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a strong relationship builder, with the ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment. The role demands a candidate with a proactive approach to thought leadership and the ability to work globally to support product launches and sales efforts. A Series 7 & 63 license is required, or the candidate must be willing to acquire these licenses within 3 months of employment.
