This position is available to Virginia residents as Richmond, Virginia hybrid applicants, a mix of remote and in-office work each week.

In this Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role, you will partner closely with the HRBP Director for Corporate functions to implement HR strategies and solutions that align with business goals and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. Through collaboration with leaders and HR colleagues, you will support the full employee lifecycle and drive initiatives that enhance team performance and engagement. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who brings a strategic mindset and a willingness to be actively involved in execution. In this role, you will predominately assist in the delivery of core HR initiatives within the Information Technology organization but may also provide support across other core functions such as Finance, Legal and Risk.
