Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor manufacturing processes using statistical process control (SPC) techniques and analyze data to identify trends.
• Manage non-conforming materials and facilitate disposition processes to minimize production impact.
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product quality reliability and manufacturability.
• Support supplier quality management activities including supplier qualification audits and performance monitoring.
