ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Brent Holtz - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

You will be the first point of contact and will create a welcoming environment for customers and provide support to our team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; take messages as needed.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
  • Assist clients with basic questions or direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred.
