Position Overview

As a Parts Coordinator , you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, receiving, and managing parts required for vehicle service and reconditioning. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure parts are tracked, delivered, and returned efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build accurate parts estimates based on technician repair needs
• Order parts from aftermarket, dealer, and salvage vendors
• Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming parts deliveries
• Create and track core and warranty tags for installed parts
• Manage parts returns to vendors and ensure proper documentation
• Communicate part ETAs and order status to technicians and service advisors
