This position is responsible for enhancing resident satisfaction and fostering a welcoming environment through effective communication and community engagement initiatives. The Assistant Community Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in managing budgets, and ensure compliance with property regulations. By collaborating with the Community Manager, this role contributes to the strategic planning and execution of community events and maintenance schedules. Ultimately, the goal is to create a vibrant living experience that attracts and retains residents while maintaining high occupancy rates.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 years of experience in property management
