General Duties and Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand our client base within the healthcare sector. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of junior staffing professionals. Share your sales expertise through coaching, training, and mentorship. Collaborate with management to optimize team performance and meet collective goals
Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and positioning strategies.
Business Development : Leverage your industry knowledge to identify and pursue high-value client opportunities and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new tech clients. Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual sales goals and targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling proposals and presentations addressing potential clients' specific needs and objectives.
Contract Negotiation : I lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients.
