job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide primary care and employee wellness - must have experience and be comfortable with managing chronic conditions, treating acute visits, in-office procedures, and performing pap smears EMR : Epic Schedule : 4 days / week 7am-6pm (1 day will be 8am-7pm) Must have minimum 1 year of experience in primary care as an NP Must be board certified through ANCC / AANP Must have active Indiana NP license Must have DEA and BLS Negotiable pay - dependent on experience Receive a paycheck weekly Benefits available - medical, dental, vision, etc 100% of malpractice insurance covered
