Senior Estimator
Salt Lake City, UT (On-site)
Westates Construction Company
Westates Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to support our project management team across multifamily, single-family, office, and industrial projects. This role reports to the Director of Construction and plays a key part in developing accurate budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial performance across all projects.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed budgets, cost estimates, and timelines for new and ongoing projects
- Track and analyze budget performance and highlight areas for improvement
- Identify and qualify new vendors / subcontractors to reduce costs and improve reliability
- Review unit costs and bid data to drive consistency and savings
- Resolve PO and billing issues with vendors and subs
- Provide analytical and estimating support to the Head of Construction as needed
