We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our global marketing and communications team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and systems, and is eager to learn the inner workings of a high-performing marketing organization. You'll play a key role in keeping programs running smoothly behind the scenes, with a strong focus on budget tracking, purchase order processes, and operational coordination. This global position spans multiple sectors including K-12, HED, and workplace and involves close collaboration with a diverse team of channel marketing, brand, campaign, communications, and digital professionals. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, organized, resourceful, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven team that values precision, agility, and teamwork.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in tracking marketing budgets and spending across campaigns and initiatives.
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage purchase order (PO) creation, processing, and reconciliation.
• Initiate and track POs, ensuring timely processing, alignment, and reconciliation with budget allocations.
• Liaise with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist Sr. Director, Global Marketing & Communications in working closely with finance, procurement, and broader marketing teams.
• Assist with reporting and analytics for campaign performance and spend
• Document, help streamline and improve internal workflows, processes and documentation for standard marketing operating procedures.
• Support vendor onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and alignment across departments.

Job Skills and Qualifications :

Base Range : $56,300- $70,400 + Bonus Eligible
