Project Manager (remote)

The role of a Project Manager at Convergint Federal plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals to deliver integrated security solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include planning executing and monitoring project activities while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams subcontractors and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Oversee all aspects of field operations including site assessments installations testing and commissioning.
• Monitor progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships by providing regular updates addressing concerns and exceeding expectations for quality and performance.
• Manage field personnel and subcontractors ensuring they have the necessary tools equipment and training to execute project tasks effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments to allocate resources efficiently and optimize project outcomes.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that installations and configurations meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans progress reports change orders and completion certificates.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status milestones achieved and any deviations from the original plan.
• Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.
