Job Title : Welder

Pay : $22.50 an hour

Shift : 1st & 3rd shift

Job Description

Perform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards while participating in on-the-job training to enhance skills and adapt to company processes.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.
• Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting.

Work Environment

Metal manufacturing facility that is non-temperature controlled with moderate to loud noise levels. Shifts include 1st Shift from 6am-4pm (Monday to Thursday), Weekend Shift from 6am-6pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), The environment is practical and clean, emphasizing quality products and long-term relationships with team members and customers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.33 - $21.83 / hr.
