job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of experience within process automation and CSV. Experience with commissioning and qualification of control system and code configuration. Delta V experience Develop an Automation Commissioning and testing program. Create guidance document to describe the workflow and provide direction for testing objectives. Identify defects so that they can be corrected or removed prior to operational use. Reduce the risk of failures that might affect patient safety, product quality, or data integrity. Demonstrate that the change as configured meets its requirements. Providing evidence that the system is fit for its intended use. Offering a basis for user acceptance and meeting key regulatory requirement. Ensuring that risk management controls are effective. Guidance should be provided for the following workflow stages. Test Planning / Coverage, Test Management Processes, Test Cases, and Test Execution. Use Kneat and DeltaV software. Standard tests for common automation change tasks. Develop necessary templates where applicable (i.e. Planning, test cases and final reports).
