Sr. Technical Writer

Graham Technologies is seeking a Sr. Technical Writer to support our customer(s). The selected candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation to support HRMSD systems and projects. Location : Lakewood, CO

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain system and business workflows and technical manuals.

Create API guides, data models, and other developer documentation.

Write comprehensive user manuals, training materials, and release notes.

Prepare onboarding and quick-start guides for new systems or users.

Work with developers and product managers to ensure documentation accuracy.

Maintain documentation repositories; ensure all materials stay current.

Create digital documentation for central storage and access.

Required Skills

S. Citizen eligible to pass a federal background investigation (NACI).

7+ years\' experience in technical writing for IT systems; proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, SharePoint, Confluence).
