About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing entire financial function of the organization; leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and liquidity management, and capital allocation to ensure the companys fiscal health and long-term stability. You will be responsible for designing and implementing financial strategy, policies and internal controls; preparing and overseeing financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings; and interpreting complex financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the board. In addition, you will manage relationships with external stakeholders (such as auditors, lenders, investors, and tax authorities) ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and coordinate tax, audit, and regulatory reporting. You will also lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensure efficient and accurate financial operations, and collaborate across business units to support growth initiatives and investment decisions.
You should have substantial experience in senior financial leadership roles in accounting, finance, corporate finance or similar functions, with a proven track record managing financial operations, reporting, strategy, and risk. A bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field is required; an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or professional credentials (e.g. CPA, CFA) would be preferred. You must have strong analytical, strategic-thinking and financial modeling skills, excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance, and the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into business decisions. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management abilities are essential, since you will lead the finance team and regularly collaborate with senior leadership, external auditors, investors, and other business units.
