We’re seeking an experienced Travel RN for a Long-Term Acute Care

facility in Milwaukee, WI. This RN will be responsible for the

delivery of high-quality patient care through the nursing process,

supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as needed. This is

a night shift role, ideal for nurses who thrive in a clinically

complex environment and are committed to patient-centered care. Key

Responsibilities :

within 8 hours of patient admission to guide individualized care

plans.

re-evaluation conferences with updated patient status.

direct care using the nursing process (assessment, planning,

implementation, evaluation).

support safe discharge planning, starting on the day of admission.

accurately and in a timely manner.

significant changes in patient status across the care team,

including physicians and charge nurses.

and provide leadership and supervision to ancillary nursing staff.

control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.

participate in unit operations, problem solving, and team-building

efforts.

care delivery.

after appropriate orientation.

development through education, self-study, and in-service training.

Preferred Qualifications :

LTAC, acute care, or step-down setting

support staff and working as part of an interdisciplinary team

Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy
