• Defining together, with global marketing, the go-to-market strategy for the region as well as being a key contributor for the identification and implementation of near to market initiatives in the region.
• Working closely with sales and technical managers to achieve our Must Win Battles (MWB).
• Gathering market intelligence and generating business insights identify market, industry, and consumer trends, as well as changes in the competitive landscape, and translate these into actionable insights, opportunities, and threats to adjust strategy and tactics as needed.
• Managing regional product portfolio optimization to improve our top and bottom line in close collaboration with BPUs.
• Driving pricing and supporting negotiations through market and competitive insights.
• Championing innovation and contributing to the building of near-to-market initiatives and new product launches to achieve growth targets
• Being a liaison between Global Marketing and regional commercial teams.
• Setting and executing the regional marketing communications plan annual calendar and budget, driving the messaging strategy and content plan across all platforms in line with the global strategy and Marcom lead for each product segment, including managing agencies, tradeshows, events, and physical, digital and educational marketing materials.
• Managing the industry marketing budget, ensuring it aligns with our strategy and generates the greatest business impact.

To succeed you must hold :

Location : Remote

Expected salary range : $125,000 - $150,000 base
