Vice President

Seeking a Vice President to help steer strategy, strengthen operations, and support long-term growth. This role calls for a steady leader who knows how to guide teams, tighten processes, drive performance, and partner with senior leadership to move the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure goals are met
• Strengthen internal processes, workflows, and reporting
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and their teams
• Partner with the executive team on business strategy and long-range planning
• Review financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting
• Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Represent the company with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure policies, compliance, and company standards are upheld
• Support organizational growth, talent development, and succession planning
