Chief of Staff

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Operations in executing critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive 2-4 high-stakes projects with significant business impact

Ensure company visibility and alignment on goals through regular check-ins with department heads

Support operational leadership by evaluating performance and identifying operational gaps

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in high-stakes operations projects

Background in roles such as Chief of Staff, Head of BizOps, or similar

Deep familiarity with subscription business metrics

Experience in interviewing, team building, and organizational design

Willingness to travel 3-4 times per year, often internationally
