Commerciale

Sales Valley, boutique HR specializzata nella selezione di profili commerciali ad alto potenziale, ricerca per conto di un'importante realt del Terzo Settore un / una Commerciale, con responsabilit sullo sviluppo della rete sostenitori e della raccolta fondi su tutto il territorio nazionale.

Il nostro cliente una realt dinamica, impegnata in progetti di inclusione lavorativa e di impatto sociale a favore di persone con fragilit. Promuove iniziative innovative che spaziano dall'inserimento lavorativo a percorsi artistici e culturali, generando un valore concreto e misurabile per la comunit.

Il ruolo

Entrerai a far parte di un team orientato alla crescita della rete di sostenitori e ti occuperai di :

  • Sviluppare e gestire la rete di aziende, professionisti, PMI e influencer interessati a sostenere i progetti della Onlus;
  • Gestire in autonomia l'intero ciclo commerciale, dalla presa di contatto alla raccolta dei contributi;
  • Presentare progetti ad alto valore sociale con approccio consulenziale;
  • Collaborare a stretto contatto con il Fondatore e il team, supportando le funzioni strategiche dell'organizzazione e liberandolo dalle attivit operative.

Chi cerchiamo

  • Agenti commerciali monomandatari o plurimandatari con esperienza nella vendita B2B;
  • Preferibile network gi attivo di aziende e professionisti interessati a sostenere progetti sociali;
  • Approccio consulenziale e capacit di presentare progetti complessi;
  • Ottime doti comunicative, relazionali e professionalit curata;
  • Autonomia operativa e disponibilit a seguire clienti su tutto il territorio nazionale;
  • Partita IVA e / o disponibilit iniziale a collaborazione occasionale con ritenuta d'acconto;
  • Possibilit di operare anche interamente da remoto.

    • Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto : Collaborazione con Partita IVA (monomandatario / plurimandatario); inizialmente disponibili a collaborazione occasionale con ritenuta d'acconto;
  • Compenso fisso : 1.500,00 al mese, erogati mensilmente e non legati a obiettivi;
  • Provvigioni : sul raccolto, erogate tre volte l'anno al momento dell'incasso effettivo;
  • Supporto commerciale con materiali gi pronti (kit, presentazioni e contenuti);
  • Opportunit di contribuire a progetti sociali concreti e di impatto reale.
