Accounts Payable Specialist - Reviewing

Century Group is in search of an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a team in the DTC area. Qualified candidates with 1-3+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $25 per hour.

Job Description :

Reviewing and inputting 200-250 invoices daily through Oracle and WebCenter.

Some processing is different for each vendor, have to become familiar with those processes (attention to detail important).

Researching information in system for 3000 vendors, so some have a particular process, to match up with each invoice.

Checking invoices are correct for date, amount, assigned vendor, address, etc. and inputting into WebCenter.

Experienced working in teams with a good attitude, a lot of back and forth and team helping one another.

Full knowledge of accounts payable.

Software : Oracle and WebCenter - Great to have.

Qualifications :

Software : Oracle and Excel.

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a high-volume transaction processing unit with disbursements being the primary focus of experience.

Professional experience in AP required.
