About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic Head of Advanced Analytics and AI Services to lead the transformation of data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling model development and engineering functions, driving AI / ML adoption, and leading the implementation of advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges. This hands-on leadership role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI implementation, as well as the ability to influence strategic decisions at the C-suite level. The Head will also be tasked with change management, talent development, and ensuring the team's work aligns with responsible AI practices and regulatory standards.

Applicants must have an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, a minimum of 15 years' experience in analytics within highly regulated financial services, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing analytics teams. The role demands a leader with strong change management capabilities, the ability to translate complex analytics concepts, and experience in recruiting and mentoring teams of quantitative experts. Proficiency in a range of analytics tools and infrastructure is essential, as is experience in driving measurable business outcomes through analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in setting up analytics centers of excellence, experience with data governance, and a familiarity with CI / CD practices for ML systems.
