Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician based in the Tampa / St. Pete Area. The Pharmacy Technician will assist in dispensing prescriptions, maintain accurate pharmacy and patient records, handle inventory control, and offer excellent customer service. Responsibilities include compounding medications under supervision, preparing orders, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Daily tasks will also involve collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience with Prescription preparation, dispensing, and documentation
• Knowledge of Pharmacy operations and Pharmacy Technician practices
• Skills in Inventory Control, including stock management and organization
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication and positive patient interactions
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and licensure in the state of Florida (or willingness to obtain)
• Background in compounding or sterile / non-sterile techniques is a plus
