Service Contract Manager, West Coast
As Service Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer service contracts within the North America Airport Services business. You are the sparring partner of our customers with the goal to improve our customer's performance and competitive position. You ensure we identify and generate new opportunities beneficial for both Vanderlande and our customers. You support site managers by providing them with training, procedures, and tools. You will be reporting to the Service Director for East USA.

Your profile
As Service Contract Manager, you will be in frequent contact with both internal and external customers building up long-term relationships. It is therefore essential that you have good communication skills to understand and direct Vanderlande's operational processes. You also have good negotiation skills and are able to convince others to do what is best for our customers. You have excellent time management skills being able to prioritize your workload accordingly.

This is a full-time, exempt position, eligible to receive a salary rate and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. The salary range listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate-dependent.
