Position Overview :

Join our team as a Mammography Technologist, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality breast imaging services while fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. You'll lead the orientation and training of clinical staff, ensuring smooth integration and continuous professional development. This role also involves cultivating strong relationships with physicians, patients, and other healthcare partners to enhance the overall care experience. Utilizing advanced imaging skills, you will perform mammographic and related diagnostic procedures with precision, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.

Associate's or equivalent education / experience

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists

RHM-Radiology Mammography

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN :

One to two years related experience and / or training

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Excellent knowledge of mammography, sterile technique, and basic patient monitoring.

Understands supplies used for core biopsy , localizations, and other related procedures.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra preferred.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay Range is $61.75 to $77.48 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
