• Point person for working with the functional groups to coordinate : o Priority “Hot” lists o Change orders o Supplier / part qualification o Creating and maintaining raw material heat maps o Large order deliveries
• Provide reports and updates to management
• Perform E2E Clear to Build Analysis
• Root Cause / Exception Management / Tracking
• Provide reports and updates to management
• MRB / RTS Transactions (sending material back to suppliers)
• Plan attainment tracking and reporting
• Facilitate RCCM investigations o Performance Management Tracking (KPIs)
• Assist in placing POs
