Accounts Receivable Biller

Alliance at Coleman is a 45 bed long and short-term and 22 bed Assisted Living facility. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional for the position of AR Biller.

Alliance Health Management Services  is a growing health care organization that is looking for an AR Biller for a hybrid billing position in a centralized location in Southborough.  This position will manage the AR for a 70 bed SNF and an Outpatient Office.

The duties for this position will include but are not limited to :

SNF

Census, cash posting, billing, collections, appeals, PNA, month end processing, family phone calls, liaison between MA Health and MCD Consultants handling the application process.

OP

Rebills and cash posting and month end.

The qualified candidate will be a self-starter that can multitask, be proficient in billing and with billing software, collections, have knowledge of MA Medicaid in the SNF setting, Medicare A & B, HMO and Commercial billing.  3-years’ experience in a medical billing setting – SNF, Hospice or LTACH billing preferred.  This person would also be honest, hardworking and a team player.

This is not a remote position.
