Project Coordinator

Join a dynamic team in the music industry, where you will play a key role in supporting business growth through strategic partnerships with record labels, artists, and managers. Regular communication with internal and external partners is crucial.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate meeting agendas, take notes, and summarize action items.
• Fulfill administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, payments, and contracting.
• Reach out to labels for follow-ups and to collect assets and deliverables.
• Track artist partnerships and social media engagements.
• Create, review, and update project and campaign trackers.
• Conduct research projects and audits as directed by the team.
• Create campaign decks and gather necessary inputs.
• Coordinate and prepare for artist meetings and visits.
• Provide project-based support, including budgeting, event management, newsletters, and database management.
• Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
