Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Architecture : Lead the complete design and implementation of Litify on Salesforce, ensuring extensibility, scalability, and compliance.
Technical Strategy : Define technical solutions using Flows vs Apex, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches for performance and maintainability.
Systems Integration : Architect integrations with enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and secure authentication (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
Data Migration Leadership : Develop and execute large-scale migration strategies using Salesforce Data Loader, Informatica, Talend, and custom scripting (Python, Bash).
Legal Tech Integrations : Define integration patterns for document management, calendaring, and billing platforms (NetDocuments, iManage, DocuSign, Clio).
DevOps & Version Control : Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, CI / CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Litify architecture and implementation experience.
15+ years of Salesforce technical expertise across large-scale, complex orgs.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Flows, and automation frameworks.
Proven record integrating Salesforce with enterprise middleware and third-party systems.
Strong data modeling, ETL workflows, and migration leadership.
Knowledge of legal technology ecosystems (NetDocuments, iManage, Clio, DocuSign).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
