What You’ll Be Doing :

• Client Development - Identify, contact, and convert new customers while maintaining and renewing relationships with existing ones.
• Technical Solution Design - Collaborate with clients and engineers to define system requirements, budgets, and technical scopes.
• Proposal Creation - Prepare formal quotes and contracts that include equipment, materials, labor, and logistics costs.
• Project Coordination - Work with internal teams to schedule installations, confirm equipment availability, and manage timelines.
• Site Oversight - Visit client locations during installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge - Stay up to date on AV, lighting, and control technology advancements through continued training.
• Follow-Up - Ensure client satisfaction post-installation and maintain long-term partnerships.
