job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient orthopedic / sports medicine setting Perform evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan for each patient. Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals. Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, including manual and exercise therapy, to address pain and promote healing and restore function. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist. Strong background in orthopedics / sports medicine is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced outpatient setting. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
