Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships while providing 1 : 1 concierge services with investors, potential investors, and the investment community to facilitate future business.
• Continually analyze investor inquiries to develop efficient processes to resolve and eradicate investor concerns in a timely manner.
• Take the initiative in generating new leads and relationships through outbound calling and networking activities.
• Stay updated and informed on the local real estate market to be aware of current local real estate trends
• Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management
• Maintain and exceed company-designated KPIs
• Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
