Description
Client is seeking four Employee Development Specialists to support training for the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) curriculum in Everett, WA. This position focuses on teaching electrical assembly processes used in commercial and military aircraft programs, including wire harnesses, power panels, and shelf assemblies for the 737, 747, 767, 777, P-8, and KC-46 Tanker.
Responsibilities :
Deliver hands-on training using effective instructional methods.
Communicate technical concepts using a variety of media to ensure comprehension and retention.
Customize and adapt training content based on business needs.
Identify performance issues and recommend corrective training solutions.
Coordinate schedules for instructors and trainees (new hires, transfers, recalls).
Manage and track training requests and completion records.
Provide support for off-shift training needs as required.
Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of electrical assembly or electronic materials experience.
3+ years of experience interpreting blueprints, drawings, or detailed work instructions.
3+ years using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with public speaking or presentations.
Minimum 1 year using reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience teaching technical subjects in an adult learning environment.
Familiarity with ESRC processes and standards.
Experience with electrical fabrication, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Production System (BPS) and Quality Management System (QMS).
Experience using internal systems like Wireshop Homepage, D6-36911, SWI, SOP, and Redars.
Experience developing training content / materials.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., My Learning).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
