DLZ Corporation currently has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable at our corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, accuracy in handling numbers, and a desire to grow in the accounting field. You will assist in maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable, and supporting staff accountants with administrative and accounting tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assist staffing accountants with daily and monthly accounting activities.
• Process, scan, and index accounting documents to ensure accurate digital recordkeeping.
• Maintain organized billing, accounts payable, and project files.
• Prepare and distribute routine accounting reports and summaries.
• Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor communications as needed.
• Reconcile statements and verify accuracy of data entries.
• Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
