What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response plans as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Collaborate with site staff, visitors, and / or tenants to address questions and provide assistance as needed.

Remain alert to potential security-related concerns specific to a financial institution environment, adapting to changing working conditions as required by the site.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A valid state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

A current guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
