• 2 Clinic Locations :  Torrance and Koreatown
• Full Time Permanent Position
• Negotiable Pay with Benefits
• Side by side with Dr / Owner, manage all clinic employees to ensure all processes, procedures, and expectations are being adhered to with the objective of providing high quality patient care.
• Mentor and guide staff members to help them achieve their highest levels of potential
• Ensure compliance of state requirements and licensure updates
• Ensure proper medical records management and HIPPA compliance
• Review medical billing and reports
• Oversee efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with vendor services
• Manage company payroll, AR and AP
