Responsibilities

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an exciting APN opportunity in our Family Medicine clinic in Westchester. This role will be part clinical and part administrative.

• 1-3 years of experience, preferred
• Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with attending Physician
• Must have experience in full spectrum Family Medicine
• APN will see acute patients only for clinic; approximately 8 patients per day
• Administrative work to include : triage EMR inboxes, refill medications, review labs and controlled substances, etc.
• Coverage for physicians on PTO, medical leave, etc.
• EPIC Inbox management for assigned Physicians
• Annual Salary : $115K - $125K
