Contract

Duties & Tasks Needed :

• Conducts home visits with resident families to determine relocation preferences for available units.
• Processes relocation notice forms, changing of information forms, moving schedules, reservation of new address forms and request of transportation assistance forms.
• Ensures case files are complete, accurate, properly signed and dated (i.e. general information notices, resident surveys, non-displacement, and waiver of 30-day notices), and compliant with documentation standards.
• Assists families with moves.
• Collects, compiles, reports and maintains all pertinent data relative to the status of relocating families.
• Assists families in completing requests for reimbursement for related moving costs and reconnect fees and submits recommendation for final processing.
